In one-on-one counseling, we explore what’s been happening in your life—your habits, reactions, and the ways you’ve learned to cope. We try to understand where those patterns come from, including your beliefs, values, culture, and the narrative you’ve fostered. Together we sort through what’s working, what’s hurting, and what you want to change, and we build practical steps to help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your choices.

Every relationship is different, so we start by listening to how you two work together in real life. We help partners talk honestly, sort out fights, set clear needs and boundaries, make plans you both want, and grow closer again with more respect—emotionally and as a team.

Online Counseling

We offer secure, convenient telehealth sessions for individuals and couples across all of Colorado, plus a hybrid option that blends online and in-person care when that fits you best. Telehealth provides a comfortable and accessible way to continue your therapeutic journey with consistency and ease. Sessions use a HIPAA-compliant platform for privacy.
