Cost of Services

I understand that cost is a consideration. I accept certain insurance plans—please reach out to confirm if yours is covered. If insurance is not an option, I offer transparent self-pay fees. My fees reflect the extensive training I’ve invested in, including my Gottman certification, and the resources required to provide high-quality, individualized care.

Private Pay

I offer transparent self-pay options. My fees reflect the extensive training I’ve invested in, as well as the resources required to provide high-quality, individualized care.

  • Individual Session Cost: $110 per session

  • Couples Session Cost: $160 per session

Investing in therapy is an investment in both yourself and your relationship. While cost is a real consideration, many clients find that the clarity, skills, and emotional growth they gain make it genuinely worthwhile. My goal is to offer a supportive space where you can prioritize mental health, understand patterns, and develop tools for life’s challenges—whether you’re working individually or as a couple—so that the benefits you build together far outweigh the expense and strengthen your well-being for years to come.

We Offer Sliding Scale Pricing

Sliding scale pricing is a way to make therapy more accessible by adjusting the cost of sessions based on your financial situation. The goal is to ensure that you can receive the care you need without added stress about affordability.

If you qualify for sliding scale fees, we’ll work together to determine a session rate that fits your budget while still allowing for high-quality, personalized care. This helps make therapy a sustainable investment in your mental health, so you can focus on growth, healing, and building the skills you need—without financial barriers getting in the way.

Can I use my insurance?

Yes, we currently credientialed with the following in-network providers.

In-Network Plans

  • Aetna

  • BlueCross and BlueShield

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Cigna and Evernorth

  • Optum

  • Quest Behavioral Health

  • SelectHealth

Want to double-check? Book a session with me through Headway or Alma. Once they receive a copy of your insurance, we can know better what copays look like and how much is covered.

Do we not accept your insurance?

Don’t worry, lets remove the barrier to access mental health services

We offer Superbilling

A superbill is a detailed receipt that your therapist provides after a session, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It includes information like the type of service, session date, and the diagnosis code used, so your insurance can process a partial or full reimbursement depending on your plan.

Even if your insurance isn’t directly accepted, a superbill gives you the option to use your out-of-network benefits, helping you offset the cost of therapy.
